TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service before commissioning me. By purchasing a commission, you agree to the terms outlined below  gonna try make it not too long!

 1. Payments 
 
Accepted Payment Method: PayPal only.
 
Currency: All prices are listed in Euros (€). You may pay in other currencies, but the amount must match the Euro price after conversion.
 Example: If the commission is €10, you must send the equivalent of €10 in your local currency.

 2. Commission Process 
 
To begin the commission process, you will first send €5, which covers the sketch.
 
After receiving the sketch, you may request changes or add-ons at no extra cost.
 
You can also cancel the commission at this stage. However, the €5 is non-refundable, as it covers the sketching work.
 
If you approve the sketch, you must then send the full remaining payment to proceed with the final illustration

 3. Revisions 
 
You are entitled to:
 
2 major changes and 2 minor changes
These changes are like color, lighting, special effects, small details, etc... no changes for the pose for example, that should be done at the beginning with the sketching :3

 4. Refund Policy 
 
Once the final piece is completed and all approved changes have been made, no refunds will be issued. Pls :') I've never had this problem before, but I certainly don't want to encourage it either haha. So please be very open and communicative about what you want from the start. If something makes you uncertain, it's okay! But let me know in advance so we can look it in together

 5. Updates & Communication 
 
You are welcome to ask for updates at any time during the commission.
 
If desired, I can show you each stage of the artwork process ( line art, base colors, shading).

 6. Turnaround Time 
 
The average completion time is around 3 business days, depending on my availability outside of my day job.
 
If there are delays or I anticipate needing more time, I will inform you in advance.
 
Urgent requests are possible, but must be clearly specified and we can discuss what's possible  I've been able to finish a full commission in a day, I prefer not to, but it's possible.
